INVESTMENT SPECIALIST
JOB DESCRIPTION
Identifying Investment Opportunities
- Research and identify new investment opportunities including new projects, investment assets, partnership ventures, and M&A prospects.
- Prepare preliminary proposals and conduct pre-feasibility assessments.
Preparing Feasibility Studies
- Collect and analyze information for project evaluation.
- Study project scale, market trends, location, product offerings, and capital requirements.
- Develop financial models.
- Review relevant legal documents and procedures for project implementation.
- Draft detailed feasibility studies and project proposals.
Project Implementation
- Propose optimal investment strategies and detailed implementation steps.
- Coordinate with consultants and internal departments to execute investment plans.
Capital Mobilization, Investment Partnerships, and M&A
- Raise capital from investors and conduct M&A activities.
- Analyze and execute co-investment and business cooperation deals with partners.
Investment Portfolio Management and Investor Relations
- Monitor the performance of investments.
- Handle issues and maintain effective communication with investors and partners.
Industry Updates and Analysis
- Prepare periodic or ad-hoc industry analysis reports and updates.
Yêu cầu
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics from a top-tier university; CFA certification is a plus.
- Majors: Finance, Investment, Securities.
- Language: Proficiency in all four English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge: Financial modeling; macroeconomic, industry, and corporate finance analysis; company valuation using DCF models; investment project evaluation.
- Skills: Teamwork, communication, presentation, negotiation, planning, etc.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years, preferably with background in investment funds, securities companies, or investment consulting firms.
